What we are building next

We focus on features that directly impact operator decisions: from traffic and payback to VIP management, retention, finance, and conversion. Below is a high-level view of what is available today and what is in development.

Available today

All views, reports, insights, and analyses run on a foundation of 600+ metrics and are processed with 30+ AI agents. We factor in traffic source type, target country, and regional and behavioral specifics throughout. Data and external services are connected via MCP integrations; below is what you see and use.

  • Analyses - atomic-level breakdown: by player, session, transaction; by traffic source, GEO, and segment. Traffic scoring and payback; segmentation (e.g. RFM, VPS) for CRM and retention; slice and compare at the granularity you need
  • Anti-fraud - detection of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and suspicious behaviour; risk scoring and alerts at player and segment level; patterns and thresholds you configure; supports chargeback and dispute analysis
  • Dashboards - you see traffic, players, finance, and risk in one place: views with filters, segments, and time ranges; drill-down from summary to detail
  • Forecast & prediction - payback forecast and traffic quality forecast; VIP and churn prediction models; next best action at player and segment level. Forward-looking metrics and recommendations
  • Insights - traffic quality scoring, anomaly detection, and alerts at player and segment level; touch strategies; bonus policy evaluation; breakdown by game providers; thresholds and triggers you configure
  • Reports - by player, cohort, segment, traffic source, partner, brand, and period; income decomposition incl. reconciliation; for operational and management work

Modules and capabilities we are actively working on:

Standalone product

  • VIP Hub - Standalone CRM; integrates with iGaming Pulse. Manager workspace with ready-to-use dashboards and lists, player profile, and one-click Email/SMS/Call. Alerts to Slack or Telegram for large wins, withdrawals, failed deposits. Data refresh every 30 min or on demand. View your VIP pool for any period; to-dos and next-action plan per player or segment. Roles: admin, head, manager. Build pool by group or tags, or upload a list (CSV, Excel, Sheets); contact details stay hidden.

Pulse add-on modules

  • Retention 360 - webhook automation: attributes trigger campaigns (email, SMS, AI call) per player/segment; touch time; individual offer from pre-set bonuses (DSL/API); bonus mapping + Customer.io required; goal: right offer at the right time
  • CJM 360 - user journey, A/B testing, conversion optimization; based on MS Clarity, Google Analytics, Customer.io; goal: best UI and flow, maximum conversion
  • Web 360 - SEO analytics: keywords, visibility, rankings; data from Ahrefs, SEMrush, SimilarWeb (and GSC); dashboards and keyword-to-LTV; goal: discovery and conversion from search
  • Finance 360 - Full P&L and analytics; Xero, QuickBooks, Google Drive; reconciliation by provider, PSP; datamarts: actual marketing spend, total CAC, revenue before OpEx; goal: one place for financial control and reporting
