VIP Hub

Standalone CRM for VIP and key-account managers; also integrates with iGaming Pulse. Personal cabinet, atomic custom datamarts, player card, and client communication. Alerting to Slack/Telegram on large VIP wins, withdrawal requests, or failed deposits. Data refresh every 30 minutes or manual at any time. Pool overview with custom time range: to-do list and recommendations with next-action strategy per VIP or VIP segment. Roles: admin, head, manager. Head compares manager KPIs and sees all VIPs; manager sees only their pool. VIP pool: automated (group id or tags) or manual (user id, CSV, XLSX, Google Sheet). Contact data (email, phone) are not shown to the manager; identification by user id only.
