AI-driven predictive analytics for iGaming operators, with multi-brand and multi-currency support. Runs in a closed environment; your data stays on your side. We take into account traffic source type and target country, including mentality and behavioral specifics. 600+ metrics; from traffic evaluation and payback forecasting to fraud and abuse protection, atomic segmentation and VIP detection, churn prediction, personalization and next best action, from ISR reconciliation and P&L to financial control. Retention 360(In development)

Webhook-driven automation: attributes assigned trigger campaigns for a player or segment (email, SMS, or AI call). Touch time configurable; individual offer (game type, bonus) from player or segment patterns via pre-set bonus catalog (bonus DSL or bonus API). Bonus mapping and Customer.io integration are required. Goal: automated retention touches with the right offer at the right time.

Finance 360(In development)

Full P&L and analytics coverage for finance and accounting. Connects to Xero, QuickBooks, and Google Drive; loads and parses XLSX and other documents; reconciles by game provider, PSP, and more. Additional datamarts: actual marketing spend, total CAC, and revenue before personnel, office, software, and other OpEx costs. Optional automation of direct document import. Goal: one place for financial control, reconciliation, and reporting.

CJM 360(In development)

Service for tracking, documenting, and analyzing the user journey end-to-end. Data basis: MS Clarity (session replay, heatmaps, scroll and click behavior, rage clicks, dead zones), Google Analytics (events, traffic sources, conversions, audience segments), and Customer.io (campaign touches, email and SMS engagement, lifecycle events). Data from these sources is unified into a single journey view: sessions, steps, funnels, and drop-off points. You see where users leave the path, which steps convert, and how behavior differs by segment. The service supports A/B testing (variant assignment, metric comparison) and automated hypothesis generation (e.g. if conversion drops on a step, suggest a test). Goal: find the best UI and flow combinations for your brand and maximize conversion.

Web 360(In development)

SEO and search analytics: keywords, queries, visibility, and rankings. Data from Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SimilarWeb (and optionally Google Search Console) is ingested for dashboards and keyword scoring. Track how your brand is found and perceived; support traffic intel and keyword-to-LTV. Goal: improve discovery and conversion from search.

VIP Hub(In development)

Standalone CRM for VIP and key-account managers; also integrates with iGaming Pulse. Manager workspace with ready-to-use dashboards and lists, player profile, and one-click Email/SMS/Call. Alerts to Slack or Telegram for large wins, withdrawals, failed deposits. Data refresh every 30 min or on demand. View your VIP pool for any period; to-dos and next-action plan per player or segment. Roles: admin, head, manager. Build pool by group or tags, or upload a list (CSV, Excel, Sheets); contact details stay hidden.

Intelligence tool: continuous analysis of competitors' offerings, campaigns, and propositions. Also monitors competitors' SMM channels and their presence in search. Can also integrate with each product.
